Adicione meia (chá) da farinha. Misture, cubra e deixe crescer por 15 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;Acrescente a margarina, os ovos, o leite restante, o amido de milho Maizena® e o sal. Misture com uma colher até ficar pastoso. &lt;br /&gt;Adicione, aos poucos, o restante da farinha e amasse até soltar das mãos. &lt;br /&gt;Enfarinhe uma superfície seca, coloque a massa e sove até ficar lisa. Cubra e deixe crescer por 1 hora ou até dobrar de volume. &lt;br /&gt;Em uma tigela, misture o manjericão, o queijo provolone e a linguiça. Reserve. &lt;br /&gt;Unte duas fôrmas para pizza grande (35 cm de diâmetro). Reserve. &lt;br /&gt;Divida a massa em 100 porções. Distribua o recheio entre as porções de massa e modele no formato de bolinhas. &lt;br /&gt;Arrume 50 bolinhas em uma das assadeiras reservadas, colocando uma ao lado da outra. Repita a operação com as bolinhas restantes na outra assadeira reservada. Cubra e deixe crescer por 30 minutos ou até dobrar de volume. &lt;br /&gt;Preaqueça o forno em temperatura média (180°C). &lt;br /&gt;Pincele com a gema e leve ao forno por 25 minutos ou até dourar. &lt;br /&gt;Retire do forno, cubra com o molho e polvilhe a mussarela. Leve novamente ao forno por mais 10 minutos ou até o queijo derreter. Deixe cozinhar bem e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;- Cozinhe o couve-flor na água e sal. Amasse até dar ponto (primeira foto do post).Deixe descansar por 1 hora dentro de uma bacia coberta com saco plástico e com uma toalha pra poder esquentar e crescer mais rápido. Eu costumo colocar essa massa no sol, ela cresce rapidamente e o volume quase triplica. Colocar em forno aquecido a 200 graus até a superfície dourar. Ligue o forno em temperatura média (180 graus). Unte uma assadeira grande com manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Coloque o polvilho num recipiente grande. Coloque a água, a margarina e o sal numa panela e leve ao fogo para ferver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Leve ao fogo médio, até que o chocolate derreta, mexendo sempre até que a mistura fique homogênea. Adicione as gemas e o rum.&lt;br /&gt;Em uma outra tigela, bata na batedeira a clara em neve. Adicione o açúcar e bata mais um pouco. Desligue a batedeira. Adicione o chocolate derretido e mexa até incorporar. Misture o creme batido, delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;Despeje a mistura em uma tigela para servir. Leve à geladeira, coberto por filme plástico, por 4 a 5 horas, até ficar firme.&lt;br /&gt;Misture a 1/2 xícara de creme de leite com o açúcar de confeiteiro. Bata em ponto de chantilly.
